What You'll Do
As an Accounts Executive, your responsibilities will include:
Recording day-to-day financial transactions
Maintaining accounting records
Preparing vouchers, invoices, bills and receipts
Assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Performing bank reconciliations
Maintaining cash and bank records
Supporting GST and TDS compliance documentation
Assisting with payroll processing and reimbursement records
Maintaining vendor and customer account statements
Coordinating with internal departments for finance-related documentation
Organizing and maintaining financial files and records
Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
Handling other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager
