1. Nature of Business

Shreyas Media provides:

• Public events, pre-release functions, live concerts, and branded experiences (ticketed & free)

• Corporate and social event services

• Brand activations, influencer & digital marketing, and production
   

2. Pricing

Our services range from ₹0 to ₹1,00,000, depending on the scale of the campaign or event. While some events are free to attend, others require ticket purchases through official platforms.
 

3. Pass & Entry Policy

• Pass Availability: Passes are subject to the maximum limit permitted by local police and authorities.

• Free Pass Policy: Some events are ticketed while others are free. If someone is found selling free passes, report it to support@shreyasgroup.net immediately.

• QR Code Requirement: Passes for select events include a unique QR code. Only valid, untampered QR codes will be accepted for entry. Duplicate or altered QR codes will be rejected.

• Restricted Entry: Entry is not advisable for elderly individuals, heart patients, persons with disabilities, or children under 12 years of age.

• Entry Guidelines:

  • Entry is first-come, first-served and subject to venue capacity

  • A valid government-issued ID may be required

  • No re-entry allowed once you exit the event venue
     

4. Prohibited Items

Attendees are not allowed to bring:

• Weapons or sharp objects

• Flammable materials or fireworks

• Illegal substances

• Items deemed dangerous by security personnel
   

5. Safety & Security

• All guests are subject to mandatory security checks at the entrance

• Any person found intoxicated or causing a disturbance will be removed without prior notice

• We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual in violation of safety norms
   

6. Event Changes

Shreyas Media reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the event due to:

• Weather conditions

• Public health mandates

• Security risks

• Government or police orders
  No compensation shall be provided for travel or accommodation in such cases.
   

7. Photography & Recording

• By attending, you consent to being photographed and recorded for promotional purposes

• Personal cameras are allowed

• Professional equipment must receive prior written approval
   

8. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, content, branding, and event IPs belong to Shreyas Media unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
 

9. Liability Disclaimer

• Attendees enter and participate at their own risk

• The organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage occurring before, during, or after the event
   

10. Health & Safety Protocols

• Comply with health measures mandated by authorities

• Masks and sanitization may be mandatory based on the prevailing health situation
   

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
