Pass Availability: Passes are subject to the maximum limit permitted by the Police and local authorities.

Free Pass Policy: Passes are completely free. If you encounter anyone selling them, please report it immediately to support@shreyasgroup.net.

QR Code Requirement: Each pass is equipped with a unique QR code for selective events. Entry will only be granted upon successful scanning of the QR code at the venue. Duplicated or tampered QR codes will not be accepted.

Restricted Entry: To ensure safety, we advise against bringing elderly individuals, heart patients, persons with disabilities, or children under the age of 12.

Entry Guidelines: Entry is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis & Attendees must present a valid government-issued ID along with their pass if required. No re-entry will be permitted once you leave the event premises.

Prohibited Items: Weapons, sharp objects, flammable substances, and any illegal items are strictly prohibited.

Safety & Security:
 1. All attendees are subject to security checks at the venue.
2. Any individual causing disturbance or found intoxicated will be escorted out without prior notice.

Event Changes: Shreyas Media reserves the right to modify or cancel the event, venue, or date due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather or government directives.

Photography & Recording: By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Personal recording devices are allowed, but professional equipment requires prior approval.

Liability: The organizers are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage occurring during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.

Health Protocols: Attendees must comply with any health and safety guidelines in place, including wearing masks if required by authorities.
